Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team in the Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care to patients in line with their care plan, working closely with Registered Nurses and Therapists.
  • Support patients in their recovery and rehabilitation, promoting independence and self-care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
