Platform Investments Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Investments Team Leader to join our Operations department at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Trade Support part of the team, ensuring excellent customer service through efficient and accurate daily processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to provide exceptional customer service through setting up new funds and stocks, maintaining trade routing and stock file data, and investigating and resolving trading-related queries.
- Manage team performance, personal development, and engagement, ensuring a high-performing team that meets business objectives.
- Maintain the integrity of stock file data, checking new fund and stock set-ups, and ensuring accurate and timely data updates.
- Review and maintain historic stock prices, ensuring automated feeds with third-party data suppliers are in place and correct.
- Set up and review trade routing and dealing commissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Approve fund share class conversion instructions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Resolve complex queries relating to the Figaro system, providing expert support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades, testing software and assisting with process definition and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the financial services industry.
- Highly accurate work with excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- IT literate, confident with Word and Excel, and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
