KPI Education is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate Intern – Trainee Teacher.

This position provides an excellent chance for recent graduates to launch their career in education, particularly those with a passion for teaching.

The ideal candidate will be a high-achieving individual with a genuine interest in education, looking to develop their skills and experience in a supportive and inspirational school environment.

We provide a range of professional development opportunities, including mentoring and coaching, to ensure that our staff have the necessary tools and support to excel in their careers.

Our school is situated in a thriving London borough, serving a diverse community of children from various backgrounds.

As a Graduate Intern, you will work closely with experienced teachers and mentors to support the academic success of our students.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of settings, including teaching Sixth Formers and supporting them with their academic studies.

Additionally, we offer a funded School Direct placement, allowing successful candidates to qualify as outstanding teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the academic success of our students, particularly Sixth Formers
  • Working closely with experienced teachers and mentors to develop your skills and knowledge

  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons
  • Developing your own teaching style and philosophy

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree from a top university (Oxbridge or Russell group)
  • Strong passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
