About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Sales Advisor to join our team at Ritz Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding customer expectations through efficient, courteous, and prompt interactions.
  • Handle customer orders and queries with confidence, efficiency, and professionalism, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service, reduce costs, and improve margin by streamlining processes and improving product knowledge.
  • Match customer needs with the best available products, considering upselling and stock levels.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt delivery checks, and efficiently pass on relevant paperwork.
  • Resolve customer issues and enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Create effective and up-to-date displays in the showroom, ensuring products are clearly coded, priced, and presented.
  • Process customer requirements efficiently and promptly to meet delivery promises.
  • Ensure all promises made to customers are realistic, achievable, and completed.
  • Be prepared to deputise effectively in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.
