The Senior Development Executive will play a key role in driving the game development process forward. This includes planning, process development, and optimization, as well as monitoring delivery timelines, budget, and team health.

Main Responsibilities
  • Owning the plan: Developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Empowering Teams: Mentoring and managing teams to achieve their best, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Leadership: Setting the standard for leadership and collaboration within the team
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Using data to inform project decisions and drive success
  • Setting the Standard: Defining how progress is measured, solutions are developed, and success is tracked
