Personalised Housing Services Worker

As a Recovery Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to maintain and develop their home and community life. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to an extensive training and development programme and other benefits such as occupational sick pay, staff counselling service, and day one death in service insurance.
You will work closely with our team to deliver a range of services, including support to individuals in their own homes and 24-hour supported tenancies. Your duties may include developing and maintaining relationships with service users, assessing their needs and creating personalised plans to support them.
