We are Home Instead Senior Care, a leading provider of home care services in Weston super Mare, Clevedon & Burnham on Sea areas.

We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to older adults in their own homes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Scheduler / Care Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring that our care services are delivered to the highest standard.

This is a full-time role based at our office on Worle High Street, with working hours from 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and allocate care time to Care Professionals, taking into account individual needs and Care Professional skills.
  • Organise and plan rotas, ensuring sufficient travel/waiting time and routes.
  • Liaise with partner professionals and organisations to develop holistic packages of care.

About You

  • An experienced Scheduler or Care Co-ordinator with a strong understanding of care planning and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
