The Opportunity

This position offers the chance to teach music to primary school students in a fun and engaging way, using our innovative approaches to music education. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and self-expression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach music lessons to primary school students in a rock band setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to plan and implement lesson plans.
  • Mentor and guide students to develop their musical talents and interests.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Music Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching music in a school setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse students and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum.
  • 12 weeks paid holiday per year.
  • Annual bonus scheme (£1,500) based on individual and company performance.
