We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Exeter area. This challenging opportunity offers a competitive salary package of £52,500+ per annum and genuine long-term career progression within a premier manufacturing environment.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for providing front-line maintenance support to the shift operations team and maintaining machinery at optimal designed output efficiency.
  • Dismantle and reassemble all production equipment as required, conduct electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance tasks, and perform regular PPM and scheduled maintenance works.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a multiskilled background with demonstrable experience in Programme Logic Control (PLC) and prior manufacturing experience is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC level and be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and have knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and a continuous improvement mentality.
