Director of Operations Job Summary
The Urban Creators seek a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join their team in North Philadelphia. As a key member of the organization, the Director of Operations will play a critical role in supporting program strategy and implementation, while fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational goals and values.
- Accountability: Nurture a culture of collective accountability, ensuring that all team members uphold shared values, community agreements, and standards for spatial organization.
- Data Collection and Evaluations: Document and consolidate impact metrics and narratives/testimonials to inform program development and improvement.
- Community Engagement: Demonstrate a deep understanding of and interest in community-based efforts to build a more just world.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortably work in a range of environments, including outdoors and remotely, with flexible and adapting schedules.
- Problem-Solving and Project Management: Leverage strong problem-solving capabilities, project management skills, and facilitation experience to drive program success.
Compensation and Benefits:
