Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the monthly commercial cycle for Cathedral City, a leading FMCG brand in the UK. This short-term role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to identify drivers, issues, and opportunities, and implementing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the monthly commercial cycle for Cathedral City, including identifying drivers, issues, and opportunities.
  • Developing Cathedral City's media and communications plan to deliver brand communication objectives.
  • Developing and managing Cathedral City's social media strategy to engage with customers and deliver brand objectives.
  • Identifying and implementing ways to improve and optimize the core Cathedral City portfolio.
  • Leading marketing efforts for Cathedral City packaging change projects.
  • Managing and strengthening strategic brand partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in an FMCG company, preferably in the food or beverage sector.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of improving and optimizing branded portfolios and owning the P&L for your brands through the monthly commercial cycle.
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective multi-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive business outcomes.
