Senior Support Worker

We are looking for a confident and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our residential service in London. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
You will be working 42 hours a week, 12 hour night shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care. Your primary role will be to ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely, supporting both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus £500 bonus for meeting performance targets. You will also enjoy shopping, travel and leisure discounts, as well as a range of healthcare and financial benefits to support your well-being.
