We are working with The WYN Trust to find an exceptional Primary Education Specialist. This permanent full-time position is based in a two-form entry school in Barnet, North London with a Good Ofsted rating report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for Year 3 students
  • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably in Year 3
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to inspiring students
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Salary: The salary for this position is expected to be in the range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
