Exciting Opportunity in Public Health

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Public Health team in Bracknell Forest Council. As a Public Health Principal, you will be responsible for commissioning and managing Sexual and Reproductive Health services across three local authorities, as well as leading the Healthy Child Programme for Bracknell Forest.

About the Role

This is a maternity cover opportunity for 18 months, providing a unique chance to develop specialist public health competencies and work towards the UKPHR Register. You will have budget and line management responsibilities, and will focus on SRH commissioning for the first 6 to 12 months of commencement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist public health leadership for Sexual and Reproductive Health commissioning across Berkshire East.
  • Lead the Bracknell Forest Healthy Child Programme.

Requirements
