Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, promoting positive relationships and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
