About the Role

At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to our philosophy of minimal intervention.
  • Provide general information and support to clients undergoing procedures, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a caring and respectful manner.
  • Assist in the smooth coordination of clinic operations, including managing patient flow and ensuring adherence to clinic protocols.
  • Maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Chaperone during procedures as required.
