Job Description

As a Distribution Centre Operative at Housing Units, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Unloading shipping containers within designated time frames

• Checking and building furniture for despatch

• Assisting customers with their collections and loading items into their vehicles

• Maintaining a 'clear floor' policy throughout the warehouse and exterior areas

• Providing support to retail functions as needed

• Ensuring all goods are delivered in perfect condition and relevant company documents are completed correctly

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 20 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays and free on-site car parking at both the store and distribution centre.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
