Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Sisk Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in build projects, particularly in large hospital/healthcare schemes. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing tenders, analysing and selecting appropriate subcontractors, negotiating and finalising subcontract orders, and managing the financial and commercial aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Preparing tenders and analysing subcontractors
    • Managing financial and commercial aspects of the project
    • Liaising with the site management team to ensure commercial and contractual entitlements are protected
    • Overseeing and checking the work of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Technical Quantity Surveyors

Requirements
  • • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in build projects
    • Experience working on large hospital/healthcare schemes
    • Relevant 3rd-level qualification
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
