We are seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at the Bolton Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
Ensure the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room areas are safe and clean at all times.
Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and ongoing training records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
