Jewellery Sales Consultant Role

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a luxury retailer to find a talented Jewellery Sales Consultant to join their team. As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will work closely with a unique range of luxury products in a superb store environment. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an outstanding service to high-value guests and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional 1-2-1 service to guests, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and attend clienteling and luxury events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the store's success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of luxury products, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the store's overall objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience within a luxury, premium retail store, ideally within the jewellery sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Confident, personable, and service-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
