International Delivery Manager

As an International Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the operational follow-up of international medium and large clients in SD Worx. Your goal will be to continuously strive for customer success and engagement through excellent communication skills and commercial drive, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
About the Role
A challenging job that requires an all-round passion in service delivery management and a strong drive to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills, as well as:
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery management processes & governance for international customers
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commercially driven, solutions-driven approach
Key Responsibilities
Perform service delivery management by:
- Monitoring and following up the relationship and the agreements made with the client
- Monitoring and following up of the services and invoicing
- Applying the necessary governance model with monthly and quarterly reviews
- Monitoring and reporting to the customer and internally in accordance with the agreements made and the SLAs
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to identify their challenges and formulate proposals
- Advising clients and communicating with impact, both verbally and in writing
- Promoting products and services according to the needs of our clients (up to executive level)
- Maintaining good contacts with our partners, subcontractors, and the SD Worx countries involved
- Helping the team to acquire knowledge by passing on his/her own expertise to colleagues
