About the Role

We seek a skilled tradesperson to work in a mobile environment, performing routine and emergency plumbing tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as instructed.
  • Complete task records and update them on our system.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they operate efficiently.
  • Adhere to quality assurance procedures and site-specific protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Document site and reactive work activities.
  • Conduct regular service checks and address any issues that arise.
  • Respond to emergency situations outside of regular working hours.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to provide support when needed.
  • Work safely at height and maintain company tools in good condition.
Requirements:
  • C&G 6035 Level 3/NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing studies.
  • BPEC Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations:1999.
  • MEWP - IPAF 3a/3b.
  • Fabric maintenance qualifications.
  • IPAF 1b (Spider).
  • Legionella/L8 qualification.

Annual Salary: £45,000-£60,000
