Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety
- Liaise with head office to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Support company events and local marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a leadership role
