About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Assistant to join our Buying team in Trowbridge. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, maintaining records, and participating in sustainability projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and data.
  • Support sustainable initiatives and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including invoice checking and price queries.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
  • Contribute to planning and purchasing activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong attention to detail.
