Job Description

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of corporate (administration/liquidation) insolvencies, with a strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and other statutory requirements. They will be able to organis[e] and prioritise multiple assignments, while ensuring that all work is reviewed and completed to a high standard.

In this role, you will assist partners/directors in managing WIP and debtors on a client by client basis, as well as prepare case reviews and brief partners on work carried out and business issues. You will also participate in independent business reviews and other advisory work, while maintaining a portfolio of insolvency cases and ensuring they are efficiently progressed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including appointees and other staff members. They will be proactive, quick to learn, and adaptable to new procedures and situations.

Requirements
