Craft Beer Brewing Expert Wanted

At BrewDog, we're passionate about craft beer and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm.
As a Brewer, you'll play a key role in our brewing team, working closely with our experienced brewers to create our epic range of craft beers. You'll be responsible for assisting in the brewing process, from fermentation to maturation and filtration, and ensuring that every drop of our beer meets our high standards.
In addition to your brewing expertise, you'll be a great listener with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn. You'll work on a 4/4 shift pattern, rotating between days and nights, and you'll be part of a small team of brewers who are passionate about what they do.
We're looking for someone who is not only experienced in brewing but also passionate about the craft. If you have a proven track record in brewing, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
As a member of our brewing team, you'll have access to our state-of-the-art brewery, where you'll be working with the latest brewing equipment and technology. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our training programs and workshops.
We're a dynamic and fast-paced company, and we're looking for someone who is able to keep up with our pace. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about craft beer, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the brewing process, from fermentation to maturation and filtration.
- Work closely with our experienced brewers to create our epic range of craft beers.
- Ensure that every drop of our beer meets our high standards.
- Participate in shift handovers and pass on relevant information to the next brewers on shift.
- Be a proactive member of our brewing team and assist in coordinating activities to meet brewery targets.
- Ensure clear channels of communication within the brewing team and with the wider production departments.
