Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a VNA Operative. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and replenishment of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process deliveries according to warehouse procedures, including receiving, logging, and checking stock items.
  • Unload deliveries safely and in a timely manner, completing a delivery checklist and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Check batches and expiry dates, and process goods accordingly.
  • Store stock and non-stock items for ease of identification and traceability, implementing batch controls (FEFO).
  • Transfer stock from Goods In to Bulk storage, ensuring the Bulk storage WMS is up to date with all stock movements.
  • Complete periodic Bulk and picking location checks to ensure stock accuracy, and reserve stock as needed.
  • Consolidate stock to save pallet spaces, and assist with ad hoc and formal stock takes.
  • Provide cover for Goods Out, ensuring all consignments for dispatch are processed according to warehouse procedures.
  • Regularly maintain and record keeping for the company material handling equipment.
  • Carry out other warehouse duties as required by the Operations Team Leader.
Requirements
  • VNA license required for this role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
