Seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to join our team at a beautiful Nursing home in Campsea Ashe. As the Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance.

About the Role

  • Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and ensure residents receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement clinical governance and policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical strategies and initiatives.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse with:

  • A strong clinical skillset and ability to lead the nursing team.
  • Prior management experience or experience of leading a small team.
  • The ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
  • A passion for promoting best nursing practice and training others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
