The Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead our Asphalt commercial strategy, leveraging expertise to build strong relationships and secure key opportunities. The successful candidate will develop and execute commercial business strategies, utilising market segmentation and industry forecasts to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and lead commercial business strategies to achieve work-winning initiatives
* Utilise market segmentation and industry forecasts to inform business strategy
* Effectively communicate and cascade business strategy throughout the commercial team
* Establish and nurture relationships with key business customers
* Proactively identify and secure major opportunities

Requirements

* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial business strategies aligned with organisational goals
* Proven track record in establishing and maintaining relationships with key business customers
* Proactive approach to identifying and securing key targeted major opportunities
* Ability to manage business delivery and customer relationships to ensure consistency in service and delivery
