About the Role

The Royal Marsden is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Radiographer to join our Mammography and CT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using mammography and CT equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.

Person Specification

  • Registered Diagnostic Radiographer with a strong background in mammography and CT imaging.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
