Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for Haas CNC machines. As a master CNC maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' equipment, providing world-class customer service, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair Haas CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency;
  • Provide on-site maintenance and repair services to clients within a designated territory;
  • Analyze complex breakdowns and develop effective solutions to resolve issues;
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and extend machine lifespan;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in CNC maintenance and repair;
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service;
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and complete tasks within allocated timeframes;
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CNC maintenance and repair, preferably with Haas machines;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients;
  • Able to travel Monday through Friday within a designated territory to provide on-site services;
