About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Advisor to join our team at GSF Car Parts. As a Payroll Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing a comprehensive payroll processing service, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process UK and IOM monthly payroll end-to-end, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Manage statutory payments and deductions, including pension administration and reconciliations.
  • Support with time and attendance, providing a confidential service to employees at all levels.
  • Submit year-end, P and PD documents, and support with company car and other salary sacrifice schemes.
  • In the absence of the Payroll Manager, ensure pre-payroll processing tasks are completed, payrolls are run, and post-processing tasks are completed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience working in end-to-end payroll, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.
  • Some in-house payroll experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • CIPP qualification is desirable, but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience of recent/current legislation is paramount.
  • A capable and proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
