About the Job:

The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for sorting and organizing incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting and possess excellent attention to detail. Additionally, they should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be able to lift packages of varying weights.

Responsibilities:
* Sort and organize incoming parcels accurately and efficiently
* Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process
* Ensure proper labelling and categorization of parcels to prevent errors in delivery
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines

Requirements:
* Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting preferred
* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and labelling of parcels
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime as needed

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
