Birmingham LGBT is seeking an experienced professional to join our substance support team as an LBTQ Women's Substance Support Outreach Worker.

Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with individuals experiencing substance misuse issues, with a focus on reducing harm and improving health outcomes for LBTQ women in Birmingham.

Working within a harm minimization framework and aligned with the overall aims of the substance support service, the successful candidate will provide support services from our centre and at outreach locations.

The role reports to the Lead Development Officer, Substance Support Service, and involves working on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends, as well as some travel to sites in Birmingham and Solihull.
