Private Equity Analyst

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Equity team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will provide support in various aspects of private equity, including company and market research, financial analysis, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough company and market research to identify potential investment opportunities
- Assist in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to inform investment decisions
- Support the execution of transactions and portfolio monitoring
- Draft investment committee materials and internal presentations
- Excellent academic credentials, preferably in business, economics, or a scientific field
- Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting is an asset
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
