About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Broker to join our team at Green Barks Search Ltd. As an Account Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:Ensure timely collection of premiums from clients, utilizing diary systems and collaborating with Account Executives as needed.
Manage debtors, aiming to reduce debt over 90 days to minimal amounts, working closely with team leaders and office managers to achieve this goal.
Client Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional client service.
Administrative Tasks:Process new policies, renewals, and mid-term alterations efficiently and accurately.
Ensure computer records reflect client communication, including telephone calls and emails.
Compliance and Quality:Embed TCF principles within your work culture.
Maintain an appropriate level of product knowledge and adhere to Group Training and Competence Policy.
Corporate Governance:Ensure adherence to company policies, including data security, clear desk policy, complaints procedures, and financial crime policy.
Collaborate with insurers, directors, and account executives to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements:We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, numeracy, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Able to work effectively in a team environment, with strong customer service skills and time management abilities.
Familiarity with Acturis is an advantage.
