Job Title: Employment Partner

About the Role:

CapeClarke is seeking an experienced Employment Partner to join its expanding team in Leeds. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for advising clients on employment law matters, with a focus on the private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and employment tribunals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of advising clients in the private sector (and/or the healthcare sector).
  • Strong understanding of employment law, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
