About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at Chartwells. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
  • Develop and maintain eye-catching food and counter displays that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Represent Chartwells with pride and embody our positive brand image
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle transactions with ease
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations
What We're Looking For
  • A positive and can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in a similar catering role is an advantage, but not essential
