About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member at Mecca Bingo, Blyth. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the venue, including cleaning and restocking of facilities.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
