The role involves:
- Managing interdependencies between programmes and projects, ensuring seamless working across the organisation.
- Providing clear guidance and direction to diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensuring programme delivery within agreed budgets, with a collective budget of over £5 million.
