W Talent is proud to partner with a dynamic FMCG company based in the UK, specialising in delivering high-quality consumer products. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, with a particular focus on packaging. Initially, this role will require full-time on-site presence during the first three months to integrate into the team and operations, after which a hybrid work pattern can be introduced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain material plans to meet production schedules and demand forecasts
  • Manage internal relationships to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply chain issues
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and other internal teams to optimise material flows
  • Analyse usage patterns, material requirements, and production data to improve planning accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records and systems for material planning and supplier management

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Materials Planner, Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Planner (or similar), ideally within FMCG or wholesale. Experience with packaging materials is advantageous
  • Solid knowledge of material planning processes
  • Proficiency in planning tools and software; strong Excel skills are essential
