Job Overview

At Regeneron, we're committed to pushing the boundaries of science to turn ideas into life-changing medicines. As a Senior Clinical Data Management Lead, you'll play a key role in overseeing the management of clinical data for our projects, ensuring accuracy and quality while meeting timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical data management, working closely with project teams to plan and execute data management activities. This includes allocating resources, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues that may arise.

Team Supervision and Development

Supervise and mentor junior data management team members to advance their skills and expertise. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Database Development and Validation

Ensure that all databases are developed, validated, and ready for transfer and analysis, adhering to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Compliance

Review and approve project documentation, including data management manuals, CRF completion guidelines, and validation specifications, for final archival.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as mathematics or science, with at least 8 years of clinical data management experience.

Experience

Proven track record of supervising team members, contributing to Regeneron's data management outsourcing strategies, and ensuring data quality and efficiency through standardization.

Skills

Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountabilities for direct reports, regularly reviewing performance against quality and timeliness standards.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $110,900.00 - $181,100.00 annually, depending on location. Our benefits include health and wellness programs, fitness centers, equity awards, annual bonuses, and paid time off for eligible employees.
