Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

The role of a Property Portfolio Manager at Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment involves driving the performance of directly managed offices. The focus is on reducing vacancy, achieving long-term income growth, and increasing tenant retention rates through strong occupier relationships.

To excel in this position, you will require a sound understanding of the office occupational market, an innovative mindset, and the ability to motivate a network of advisors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extracting Added Value: Maintain and improve income from the Estate's office portfolio by prioritizing excellent customer service in all aspects of day-to-day asset management.
  • Strategy Formulation: Contribute to the development of long and short-term strategies for the Estate.
  • Performance Analysis: Carry out detailed analysis of the performance of the office portfolio to prepare annual budgets for properties within the office portfolio.

Person Specification:

  • MRICS qualified (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of and demonstrable track record within the London office leasing market (essential)
  • Working knowledge of the flex office market (essential)
  • Strong numeracy and written skills (essential)

Remuneration: The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 per annum plus an annual bonus and full corporate benefits.
