About the Role

University College Birmingham is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dedicated finance team as a Financial Transactions Supervisor (Fixed Term for up to 12 months). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, centralized finance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable by the team.
  • Oversee timely payments and collections.
  • Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualification such as AAT (Advanced Diploma in Accounting) or QBE.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
