About this position: Our client is seeking an experienced Integration and Validation Engineer to drive the delivery of integrated HW and SW in assigned projects for their New Technology and New Model Introduction Programs.

  1. Develop and implement overall SW and HW technical integration strategies
  2. Define and manage integration points
  3. Coordinate SW releases and assess compatibility
  4. Create and publish feature release plans
  5. Publish integration points with release notes
  6. Assess SW and HW compatibility through design and testing
  7. Evaluate EOW/EOL readiness
  8. Review Systems Requirements for testability
  9. Develop test specifications and test cases for electrical systems
  10. Coordinate testing of EES features on bikes, collaborating with test riders and ensuring bikes and track are available at the correct time
Requirements:
  1. Proven planning skills for Integrated Software delivery into complex systems
  2. Proficient with CANoe and CANalyzer
  3. Experience in Systems test and validation
  4. Knowledge of diagnostic protocol and re-programming
  5. Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  6. Excellent troubleshooting skills
  7. Experience in software download, optimization, and continual improvement
