About the Role

  • Owning the vision, strategy, goals, decisions and policies of RX Global's events
  • Driving event revenue, strategic development and high-quality delivery
  • Being accountable for all activities related to events
  • Setting event budgets and undertaking timely and accurate re-forecasts
  • Driving individual and team performance to create high performing event teams
  • Creating a show strategy which optimises all the levers of growth, includes robust sales and marketing plans and uses customer data
  • Owning and communicating the event vision and strategy, aligning and connecting the team (and wider matrix team) and their objectives to the event & the overall RX business vision & strategy
  • Creating superior customer solutions by identifying customer needs and problems that need to be solved and leveraging solutions to transform business needs
  • Working with operations to deliver the event in line with budget and strategy

Requirements

  • Demonstrate credibility in event management and product development
  • Have experience in building successful events and managing large-scale projects
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of customer focused leadership.
  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully growing new business segments while maintaining existing portfolios.
  • Demonstrate high levels of planning at both an operational and strategic level
  • Have experience in establishing strategic alliances and business communities

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum
