Nelson Bridges is exclusively working with a professional, friendly law firm who is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner on a permanent, full-time basis due to the development and expansion of the firm's Property Department.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience and will be involved in handling a mixed caseload of sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, and new builds along with shared ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a mixed caseload of sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, and new builds along with shared ownership.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
