Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Healthcare Partner, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.

In this role, you will be responsible for participating in all branch processes, building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services, and serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
  • Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle medications accurately
