Requirements- Fully qualified Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with current registration with the NMC or HCPC.
- Previous hospital eye service or private eye clinic experience.
- Knowledge of clinical practice and awareness of current developments in Optometry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting.
- Experience of leading a team, including training and coaching others.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and will require a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Salary: £52,000 to £57,000 depending on experience.
