Job Summary:
We are seeking a Hygiene and Sanitation Team Member to join our beverage team at McCormick & Company, Incorporated. In this role, you will work closely with our operations team to maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to hygiene and sanitation, including cleaning equipment and facilities, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures will be essential in preventing contamination and ensuring compliance.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals. As a Hygiene and Sanitation Team Member, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities according to established protocols
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any discrepancies to management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements in our processes
  • Participate in training programs to improve knowledge and skills

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
